Please note: If your order also contains pre order items, they will not be shipped until the whole order is complete. If you need the item(s) that are in stock, please place a seperate order.

Any comments relating to the delivery of your order i.e Leave at the side of the house etc will be noted on the packing for the delivery company, however will will not be liable for any items that may go missing or damaged by, but not limited to theft, weather, animals etc.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by any carrier/delivery company.

We are pleased to offer the following delivery options. Some may not appear depending on the time of year to ensure you receive you delivery on time:

Collect from Shop

• Visit our Yeovil, Somerset store for an easy and convenient click and collect experience. Simply place your order online and we’ll send you an email when it’s ready for pickup.

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) – £6.49

• Delivery within 5 working days (working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends).

Quicker Delivery (UK Mainland) – £9.98

• To be classed as same day dispatch orders must be placed before 09:00am.
• Delivery within 2-3 working days (working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends).

Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland) – £12.98

• Orders must be received before 09:00am for delivery the next working day (working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends).
• For orders that include animated props & large items the delivery maybe up to 3 working days.

Non-UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & Remote Areas – Min £20

• Working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends.
• We use a range of carriers for this service and includes the following postcodes:
• AB, BT, IM, FK, TR21-TR22 , TD, HS1-9, IV, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH, PO30-41, PL, SY7-25, ZE, GY & JE

Should any taxes/customs fees need to be paid for orders, this is down to you the buyer to pay.
