Refund and Returns Policy

Before you wish to return an order it is vital you contact us so we can confirm the item(s) can be returned. If the item can be returned we will provide you with an RAN (returns authorisation number). Without this we are unable to process any refunds for items returned. All personalised gifts are non refundable.

Items will only be refunded that are unused and unworn and is in it’s original packing and condition and with the RAN number provided by us. We will refund the cost of the item(s), however we will not refund any postage costs. Please ensure your RAN number is included with your return. If an item is not returned in it’s original packing & condition we will contact you to adivse you need to arrange collection of them. We will hold the items for 30 days if they are not collected we will dispose of them.

Please Note: Due to hygiene purposes we do not accept returns for any reason for items such as, but not limited to tights, lenses, masks, wigs & lingerie.
