Cosmetic Eye Accessory

I intend to use the cosmetic eye accessories for cosmetic colour change purposes only and not to correct any eye defect of sight or refractive error.

I do not suffer from any on the following:

  • Any eye infections (e.g. Conjunctivitis)
  • Any corneal conditions (e.g. Keratitis)
  • Any allergic eye conditions (e.g. Hayfever)
  • Any chronic eye conditions (e.g. Glaucoma)

I understand I must read the instructions enclosed in the pack before use. The instructions will be either written on the inside of the box or on a leaflet giving instructions and guidance for the safe wearing, removal and care of my new cosmetic eye accessories.

I am aware to immediately remove my cosmetic eye accessories if I experience any undue irritation. Discomfort, excess watering, redness to the eye, blurry/fluctuating vision.

I understand the need for regular periodic check-ups with an eye care practitioner.

I understand and acknowledge that the cosmetic eye accessories are not classified as medical devices, they are considered suitable for those with normal, healthy eyes, and can confirm all the above to be true and accurate.

If you are in any doubt whatsoever as to whether cosmetic eye accessories are suitable for you, please consult your own medical or eye care practitioner. You must only purchase if you are over the age of 18.

Fireworks

We sell fireworks and sparklers all year round (in store only) and you are legally allowed to use them all year. Apart from the dates below it is illegal to set off fireworks between the hours of 23:00 – 07:00. You need to be over the age of 18 to buy fireworks.

  • 15th October to 10th November;
  • 26th to 31st December; and
  • 3 days before Diwali and Chinese New Year
